Felicia Rodrigues, CEO and Lead Educator, is one of the rare professionals who not only owns and runs her educational program but also builds it entirely from the ground up. Her passion for education began during her early years as a shy and timid student in elementary school. Her journey traces back to Grade 4, where a pivotal moment inspired her to pursue knowledge and develop her teaching expertise. To broaden her skills and experience, Felicia spent 15 years abroad, teaching in South Korea, Taiwan, and Spain. During this time, she worked with prestigious institutions, including international schools, as well as the Ontario Board of Education. When she returned to Canada, she recognized an urgent need to support students who were falling behind academically and to prepare them for the challenges of future grades.
